The book depicts encounters with the people, landscape, culture, nature and traditions of Cyprus. 70 recipes have been researched, reworked and personally cooked by Cypriot TV cook Marilena Joannides and German star chef Franz Keller, while the visuals for the people, nature and recipes were shot by prizewinning food and people photographer Anja Jahn and Markus Bassler.
Design by Oliver Hick-Schulz. Minister of Finance Harris Georgiades even noted that it is one of the best representations of what Cyprus has to offer and it is much more than a cookery book.
“Cyprus – A culinary journey“, which has already won 6 international awards, has been already published in English and German and has now also been published in Russian.
