Marzano: True Italian, at its best

Local and visiting foodies know Marzano restaurants both in Nicosia and Larnaca, well. Aiming to set the bar even higher, Marzano welcomes the new post-summer season with an all new menu, which focuses on offering even more options to the customer through alternative cooking choices for both existing and new signature dishes.

New gluten free options

It takes quite a high level of skill, technique and experience to masterfully create gluten free Italian dishes, but the chefs at Marzano not only check every box, they are fearless, creative and eager to share their new and carefully designed menu, with as many patrons as possible. Sensitive eaters with discerning palettes can now finally enjoy superb antipasti such as Mozzarella e Pomodoro and Quinoa with Smoked Salmon, Beet and Goat’s Cheese salads as well as timeless classics such as Penne alla Carbonara and oven baked Lasagna Pasticciate. The Marzano team has also perfected a gluten free dough, which is available for numerous mouthwatering pizzas such as the American with pepperoni and mozzarella and the La Reine with shaved ham, olives and mushrooms.

New wholemeal base

The scrumptious pizza menu is now also available in its entirety, with an optional wholemeal base for those looking to try something different or simply make their meal a little healthier with a fiber-rich dough that creates a deliciously crispy canvas for a plethora of equally delicious toppings.

New menu additions

The menu itself has been enriched with gorgeous new dishes that loyally adhere to Italian traditions with added twists. The new introductions are already becoming fast favourites and include Grilled Halloumi with prosciutto and a sweet fruity touch, Italian Rice Balls stuffed with mozzarella and served with mushroom sauce and truffle oil, a Buffalo Wing sharing platter, a signature Poached Salmon salad, lemony Grilled Seabass with white wine risotto, Spaghetti with Zucchini and Genovese pesto and an adventurous Tandoori chicken pizza served with yogurt and marinated Julienne cucumber.
