The most historic schools in Limassol that have a special contribution to the cultural and scientific events and letters of both Limassol and Cyprus, the Lanitio schools, are being renovated.
Kostas Kadis, the minister of education, said that the schools will be transformed into an ornament for Limassol and the whole of Cyprus. He noted that the project’s budget amounted to 7.5 million euros and that the work is going on normally. They are trying to ensure is that these projects affect as little as possible the functioning of the the schools and the students can operate in a secure environment.
As mentioned by the Chairman of the Limassol Hellenic School of Commerce, Dino Hellenic, the first phase of the work will be completed in October 2018 and will cover 4.2 million of the total budget of the project.
