Grilled vegetable skewers with pork souvlaki
Grilling vegetables is a great way to diversify your daily menu a bit. Not only is this a healthy option, but a very flavourful as well. The perfect combination with some traditional Souvlaki and greek yogurt for a balanced healthy meal. Some vegetables that are great to grill are tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and corn. For that extra tasty twist you can add some grated anari on the grilled vegetables.
