On Saturday the 20th of October 2018, a great event took place at Mediterraneo restaurant at Annabelle hotel in Paphos. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil tasting and seminar on olive oil by the Yale University Professor T. Kiriakides and the Oil Somellier J. Myers took place with great success.
During the seminar, there was an analysis of the main features and values of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is produced from extra virgin olive trees and always away from any chemicals. During the event, there was also a discussion about the multiple benefits of the mediterranean nutrition.
